We want you to love your hair as much as your new brush, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on brushes that have been used or removed from their heat-sealed containers.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unused Tangle Teezer in its original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
